We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.
Email info@ashtonandbarrow.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned once opened.
