Our shipping rates are fair and transparent. 

We ship worldwide and aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48hrs hours of the order being placed.

UK Standard Shipping (estimated 2-4 business days) is charged from £4.95 to £5.95.

From time to time we may run special offers for Free Standard Shipping on selected items or where the basket value is over a certain amount. This is at our discretion and may be changed without notice at any time.

UK Furniture Shipping - FREE (Unless otherwise stated) Delivery period will be confirmed after sale but is usually 7-10 days. 

UK Express Shipping is (Estimated 1-2 business days) and is charged at a flat rate of £7.95 per order up to 2kg and £14.95 per order over 2kg

FURNITURE SHIPPING

Deliveries are made between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday (times will be allocated on an AM or PM basis only)

Please note - Made To Order items will require a longer delivery lead time, which will be confirmed once the item has been received into our warehouse.

All mirrors will be subject to a 'fragile service' charge of £5 per mirror to include extra packaging and careful handling.

All parcel deliveries are subject to geographical surcharges dictated by our couriers including, but not limited to: Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We offer both a one- and two-man white glove delivery service around the UK; this service includes full assembly of your order in the room of your choice, along with the removal of all packaging.

One Man White Glove Delivery £56.50

Two Man White Glove Delivery £86.50

The above charges cover up to and including 3 items, additional items are charged at £7.50 per item.

EUROPE Standard Shipping <2kg (2-10 business days) is charged at flat rate of £16.00 per order. Maximum 2kg per order.

REST OF WORLD Standard Shipping <2kg (2-10 business days) is calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping destination. Maximum 2kg per order.

Shipping Issues

For any items that are missing in transit, customers must legally wait a minimum of 30 days before a refund can be offered. After the 30 day period, if the item still has not arrived and we have verified this with the courier, we will process a full refund.
